Siege’s Tier 2 Gets a Massive Upgrade: €75,000 Prize Pool Revealed!

Look Sports Media – Ubisoft has unveiled a revamped roadmap for the 2025/2026 Rainbow Six Siege European Tier 2 Circuit, promising a significant boost to competition. The announcement, detailed in a recent blog post on looksports.media, outlines substantial changes designed to elevate the scene. Key improvements include a revised point allocation system, expanded tournament structures, and updated roster regulations.

The blog post enthusiastically declared: "This year, circuit points won’t just accumulate across our three intense primary tournaments – R6 Central Combine, R6 South Breach, and R6 North Rainbow Rumble. Points can also be earned through partnered secondary tournaments across Europe. More opportunities, more competition, more Siege!"

This expansion significantly broadens opportunities for teams across Europe, including those from the UK, a region with a strong history in Rainbow Six, boasting successful teams like G2 Esports and Fnatic. The recent qualification of Irish organization Wylde for Blast Europe Stage 1 further highlights the region’s growing talent pool.

The three primary tournaments – Central Combine (June-August), Rainbow Rumble (August-September), and South Breach (September-November) – offer substantial rewards. Central Combine kicks off with qualifiers from June 21st to 22nd, culminating in an offline final on August 2nd. Specific dates for Rainbow Rumble and South Breach are yet to be announced.

Aspiring tournament organizers can apply to partner with Ubisoft and host secondary tournaments between June and November. Ubisoft will review each application to ensure alignment with circuit standards.

The financial incentives are equally compelling. Ubisoft stated: "Each primary tournament boasts a €20,000 prize pool, with the T2 Grand Final at year’s end adding an extra €15,000, for a total prize pool of €75,000, plus access to advanced stages of the Challenger Series 2026."

The competition points earned throughout the primary and secondary circuits will determine qualification for the coveted EU T2 Grand Finals. A detailed breakdown of the point distribution across both circuits is available in the original blog post.

This significant investment in the Tier 2 scene promises to inject new energy and competitiveness into Rainbow Six Siege in Europe, fostering growth and providing a clear pathway for aspiring professional teams. The expanded opportunities and increased prize money represent a substantial step forward for the European Rainbow Six Siege ecosystem.
