Look Sports Media – Riot Games is set to ignite the UK Valorant scene with the announcement of a thrilling 2v2 Skirmish tournament, showcasing the game’s innovative new mode. This competition promises to deliver high-octane action and a unique twist on the traditional Valorant experience.
The Skirmish mode pits duos against each other on condensed maps in a relentless best-of-19 format, demanding quick reflexes and impeccable teamwork to reach the winning score of 10. The tournament will kick off with online qualifiers, culminating in a live, in-person final at the prestigious Red Bull Gaming Sphere in London on November 30th. Competitors vying for a spot in the finals must be available to attend the event at the venue from 12:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

A prize pool of £1500 is up for grabs, distributed amongst the top four teams, adding further incentive to the already fierce competition. Aspiring participants can register for the VUKC Online Qualifier 1, scheduled for November 22nd, via the Challengermode website. Qualifier 2 will follow closely on November 23rd. The online qualifiers will employ a double-elimination format, with the top eight teams from each qualifier advancing to the highly anticipated live finals.

For those who miss out on the initial online qualifiers, a Last Chance Play-In will be held offline on November 30th at 11 am, just before the main event commences. Applications to compete in the Last Chance Qualifier will be accepted during the week of the finals. Select slots will also be reserved for university students, fostering the growth of collegiate Valorant.
The Grand Finals will feature 32 duos battling it out at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere, with a live audience cheering them on. Tickets to witness the Valorant UK Circuit 2v2 Skirmish Live Finals are available for purchase on Eventbrite.

Adding to the excitement, the UK is also gearing up to host its first-ever VCT event, Valorant Masters London 2026, featuring the top VCT Stage 1 teams. This international event is slated to take place in London next June, marking a significant milestone for the UK Valorant community. The first Masters event of 2026 will be held in Santiago, Chile, while the prestigious Champions event will take place in Shanghai.
This announcement follows G2 Esports’ recent victory at the Red Bull Homeground Valorant tournament in New York, further highlighting the global appeal and competitive spirit of Valorant.
