South Park Invades Rocket League: Free Toppers & Cheesy Decal!

Look Sports Media – Prepare for some hilarious customization as South Park characters are crashing into Rocket League! Following the success of South Park skins in Fortnite, Epic Games is continuing its partnership with the iconic cartoon, bringing a wave of themed cosmetics to the vehicular soccer arena.

From January 22nd to February 5th, players can deck out their rides with a variety of South Park-inspired items, including toppers and an Octane decal. The best part? You won’t have to spend a dime to get your hands on some of these goodies.

The new toppers, featuring the main characters of South Park, will be available for free by completing challenges in the "Cartman’s Crash Out" event. Each topper will showcase Cartman, Stan, Kyle, Kenny, or Butters, and will track a specific stat. For example, the Butters Topper will hilariously track your losses while equipped.

Here’s a breakdown of the toppers and their corresponding stats:

  • Cartman Topper: Tracks Demolitions
  • Stan Topper: Tracks Assists
  • Kyle Topper: Tracks Saves
  • Kenny Topper: Tracks Epic Saves
  • Butters Topper: Tracks Losses

Completing the "Cartman’s Crash Out" Challenges will also unlock the animated "Cheesy Poofs" Octane Decal, allowing you to showcase your love for Cartman’s favorite snack.

For those looking for even more South Park flair, a purchasable bundle called the "Stampede + South Park Bundle" will be available in the item shop. This bundle will unlock the SUV-style Stampede body type for players who don’t already own it, along with five decals for the Stampede based on each of the South Park main characters.

While Fortnite received a new five-player squad game mode called Quints as part of its South Park collaboration, Rocket League will only be receiving the aforementioned cosmetics.
