Ignite Stage 1, kicking off May 15th, will be a global battleground, encompassing the Americas, EMEA, China, Asia, and Oceania. Sixty-four teams will clash, a mix of elite invites and fierce qualifiers. Thirty invitations have already been sent to top performers from the Marvel Rivals Championships Season 1 and Invitationals. Powerhouses like Sentinels (Americas), Virtus.Pro (EMEA), and 100 Thieves are already locked in, but the remaining spots are up for grabs.
The path to glory begins with Open Qualifiers, offering 34 additional slots. Two qualification splits, running May 15th-25th and May 26th-June 1st, will determine which teams join the invited elite. Each region – Americas, EMEA, Asia, China, and Oceania – will have their own share of qualifying spots.
