Look Sports Media – G2 Hel, the all-female League of Legends team affiliated with G2 Esports, has achieved a monumental feat, becoming the first-ever all-female team to secure promotion to Tier 2 of a European Regional League (ERL). Their ascension to Liga Nexo marks a significant milestone for women in competitive gaming.
This groundbreaking achievement culminated in a thrilling 3-2 victory over Dream Makers, an established Liga Nexo team, in the promotion series. The series showcased G2 Hel’s resilience, as they fought back from deficits in multiple games to secure their place in the elite league. Their journey began with a strong performance in the Hextech Series, earning them enough points to qualify for the promotion series. There, they first swept aside Sportia Khore 2-0 before facing the ultimate test against Dream Makers.

The team’s success is a testament to their individual prowess. Jungler Shiina boasted an incredible 10.27 KDA (Kills, Deaths, Assists) average throughout the tournament, showcasing remarkable versatility by playing a different champion in each match. Support Colomblbl also impressed, leading the tournament in average assists with an astounding 15.57 per game, while maintaining a remarkably low average of only three deaths per match.
