Look Sports Media – Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP), the renowned Swedish esports organization, showcased their commitment to charity by participating in the Wings for Life World Run 2025 on May 4th. The global event, which raised a staggering €8.6 million (£7.3m) for spinal cord injury research, saw NiP fielding a team of 169 staff and pro players from across their diverse roster of games.
From CS2 pros like Mia "aiM" Cooper to EA Sports FC player-turned-coach Owen "Venny" Venn, and Twitch streamer Paige "Padge" Thomas, NiP’s participation was a significant display of unity and charitable spirit. Their collective effort resulted in an impressive 161.9 km run and a commendable £1,754.18 raised for the cause, securing them a respectable 1,663rd place globally out of 310,719 participants.

Ludvig Bergqvist, a NiP staff member, led the team’s performance with a remarkable 22.4 km at the Stockholm event. Among the pro players, Samuel "MahaR" Horák (Young Ninjas) and Vegard "Veggey" Kopangen Bugge (Street Fighter 6) stood out with impressive individual distances of 4.6 km and 1 km respectively. The participation spanned multiple NiP teams, including CS2, Impact CS, Young Ninjas, Apex Legends, EA FC, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, and Street Fighter 6 rosters, even featuring legendary figures like Richard "Xizt" Landström and Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg.
