After being offline since October 27th, players finally have the chance to test their mettle, but the season’s duration is significantly shortened, ending on December 14th.
This abbreviated season comes ahead of an impending Pokémon Pocket expansion, according to recent insider information. Despite the condensed timeframe of just 17 days, the reward structure for Pack Hourglasses remains unchanged, offering players ample incentive to compete.
The real game-changer this season lies in the adjusted ranking thresholds. The climb to the coveted Master Ball rank will be noticeably easier, requiring only 930 points compared to the previous 1450. This 520-point reduction translates to roughly 52 fewer victories needed to reach the top, not accounting for the bonus points awarded through win streaks, which are now active in higher ranks following a recent update.
